יח תשרי] בת ר' יעקב שמשון חודרוב מבאהאפלי. רבי זאב שימש ברבנות בכמה קהילות
ברוסיה, ובאחרונה היה רב בעיר טולטשין שבאוקראינה. בשנת תר"צ לערך עלה לארץ
ישראל בעקבות שני אחיו, וישב בירושלים יחד עם אחיו האדמו"ר רבי מנחם נחום
מרחמיסטריווקא [האח הנוסף ר' מרדכי, כבר נפטר כעשר שנים קודם לכן, כחודש לאחר
שהוכה בידי פורעים ערבים בחוה"מ פסח תר"פ], עד לפטירתו ביום כ' סיוון
תרצ"ז. בלווייתו השתתפו הרבנים הראשיים לארץ ישראל, רבני ירושלים, וקהל עצום
של אלפי איש. לפי מנהג החסידים לא נשאו כל הספדים. לאחרונה נתגלו מכתבי ידו כתבים
עה"ת, דרשות ושו"ת ונערכו להוציאם לדפוס.

תרנ"ה.
אביו הרה"ק רבי מרדכי מטשערנוביל, נולד תק"ל, נפטר כ' אייר
תקצ"ז ומנוחתו בכפר אגנטובקא הסמוך לקייב. תורת נדפס בספר 'ליקוטי תורה'.
אביו הרה"ק רבי מנחם נחום מטשערנוביל בעל מאור עיניים ומעלה
בקודש.
רבי יוחנן מרחמיסטריווקא היה חתן רבי פנחס מקאלק בן הרה"ק רבי
זאב מזיטאמיר בעל אור המאיר, ומעלה בקודש.
רבי פנחס מקאלק חתן הרה"ק רבי צבי אריה מאליק, ומעלה בקודש.
רבי מרדכי מטשערנוביל, היה חתן רבי דוד לייקעס, מתלמידי הבעל שם טוב.

חותנו האדמור רבי יעקב שמשון חודרוב מבאהפאלי, נולד תקצה לערך, ומסופר
עליו שהיה מצאצאי הסבא קדישא משפאלי, אולם לא נודע היכן הוא משתלב בעץ המשפחה.
זוגתו מרת חנה סימא ע"ה.
אביו רבי יהושע אלעזר חודרוב מברדיטשוב, זוגתו מרת ציזא חנה.
אמו, היתה בת אחות של הרה"ק רבי אליעזר ליבר הגדול מברדטישוב,
ור' יהושע אלעזר נתגדל בביתו.

[מכתב ממנו בענין ירושת אביו פורסם בקטלוג קדם 2]. שתי בנים היו לו, א. רבי יוחנן טברסקי הי"ד, זו' מרת יענטא בת האדמו"ר רבי יששכר דוב רוקח מבעלז. ב. רבי אברהם טברסקי הי"ד. זוגתו מרת ברכה בת רבי שמעון קופילוביץ חתן האדמו"ר רבי שמואל וינברג בעל הדברי שמואל מסלונים.
- רבי דוד טברסקי, חתן בן דודו רבי אברהם דוב טברסקי מרחמסטריווקא.
- מרת מרגלית אשת האדמו"ר רבי חיים מאיר הגר מויזניץ נולד תרמ"ח, בשנת תר"ע כיהן כרבה של ווילחוביץ, לאחר פטירת אביו נתמנה כאדמור מויזניץ בגרוסוורדיין, ניצל מהמלחמה ועלה לארץ ישראל, והקים את קרית ויזניץ בבני ברק. נפטר ט ניסן תשלב. אביו של האדמור מויזניץ זצ"ל שנפטר לפני כשלשה חודשים.
